Shipping Process:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Order Packing

Once all the order items are ready, our team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our as soon as possible.


Shipping Carrier & Delivery Estimates

  • All our deliveries are handled by Iberomail, a trusted shipping company that ships directly from Portugal on our behalf.
  • Portugal and Europe: Approximately 7 business days after processing.
  • USA: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and carrier operations.Estimated delivery times may take between 3 to 4 weeks
  • Other international destinations: Delivery may take between 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.


Guarantee / Availability

In case the ordered item is unavailable, we will inform the customer and refund the paid amount within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we receive information about the unavailability. Fine Cork bears no responsibility for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from delivery delays or unavailability of the ordered item.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the United States, Fine Cork covers applicable import duties, customs charges, and related fees collected through our shipping partner as part of the shipping process.

In most cases, customers in the United States will not be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

However, customs authorities may, in exceptional circumstances, request additional documentation, inspections, information, or charges that are outside of Fine Cork’s control. Any such requirements are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country.

For shipments to countries other than the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Fine Cork cannot guarantee customs clearance procedures, customs processing times, or decisions made by customs authorities.

Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the United States.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all shipments are subject to customs processing. Fine Cork works closely with its shipping partners to manage applicable import-related charges whenever possible and provide a smooth delivery experience.

Most U.S. customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery. However, customs authorities may impose additional requirements or charges in exceptional circumstances, which remain outside of our control.


Payment Options, Currency etc.

1. Credit card

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard as credit card payment for your online purchase. Please make sure correct CVC/CCV is provided during checkout. All orders are required to pay in full in advance as instant payment online including pre-order items. If you are using a foreign credit card to make a purchase in your home region site, your bank may charge you some extra fees according to the currency rate which you are responsible for as we will only receive the original amount of the order from you regardless .

Currency

Payments on Fine Cork are all processed in EUR and do include VAT. Tax calculated according to the current legal. If your credit card requires currency conversion, you may be charged exchange rates and transaction fees by your bank and/or payment gateway. Our company are not liable for these charges as they are not processed, or received by us.
