Shipping Process:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Order Packing

Once all the order items are ready, our team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our as soon as possible.


Shipping Carrier & Delivery Estimates

  • All our deliveries are handled by Iberomail, a trusted shipping company that ships directly from Portugal on our behalf.
  • Temporary Suspension to USA: Due to new import regulations in the United States, we are temporarily unable to send standard postal shipments to the USA. We expect to resume these deliveries once Iberomail fully implements the new customs and duty requirements.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal and Europe: Approximately 7 business days after processing.
  • USA: Currently suspended (why the USA Servise is Suspended)
  • Other international destinations: Delivery may take between 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.


Guarantee / Availability

In case the ordered item is unavailable, we will inform the customer and refund the paid amount within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we receive information about the unavailability. Fine Cork bears no responsibility for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from delivery delays or unavailability of the ordered item.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

FineCorkPortugal.com is not responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, or taxes imposed on your order by the destination country. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Payment Options, Currency etc.

1. Credit card

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard as credit card payment for your online purchase. Please make sure correct CVC/CCV is provided during checkout. All orders are required to pay in full in advance as instant payment online including pre-order items. If you are using a foreign credit card to make a purchase in your home region site, your bank may charge you some extra fees according to the currency rate which you are responsible for as we will only receive the original amount of the order from you regardless .

2.ApplePay/GooglePay

We also accept order(s) payment through ApplePay/GooglePay. You can make order(s) payment by using a ApplePay/GooglePay account to process.


Currency

Payments on Fine Cork are all processed in EUR and do include VAT. Tax calculated according to the current legal. If your credit card requires currency conversion, you may be charged exchange rates and transaction fees by your bank and/or payment gateway. Our company are not liable for these charges as they are not processed, or received by us.

If you are from the USA and your order is affected by this suspension, you will have the following options:

  1. Wait until standard service resumes. We will ship your order as soon as possible and notify you.

  2. Change the delivery address to any address within Europe, so we can send the order without delays.
