I love their cork purses, but the one I ordered came with a defective zipper on the large compartment on the back of the purse – it will not open/un-zip. I was told that since it was international they could not replace it. And I have not found anyone who can fix it. They did refund $10, but I’ve still spent $90 on a purse with an entire compartment I cannot open. So, Buyer Beware!
