1.Out-of-Stock Items: If the item you ordered is not available in our inventory, we apologize for the inconvenience and offer two options for refund:

  • Refund to your original payment method: The purchase amount will be fully refunded to your card within a certain period, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Issuance of a coupon code: We offer to provide you with a coupon code equivalent to the value of the unavailable item. This coupon code can be used for future purchases on our website.

2.Defective Items: If you have received a defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We offer two options for refund:

  • Refund to your original payment method: The purchase amount will be fully refunded to your card within a certain period, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Issuance of a coupon code: We offer to provide you with a coupon code equivalent to the value of the defective item. This coupon code can be used for future purchases on our website.

Once the refund or coupon code has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the refund process. Please keep this email for your records.

Important Information:

  • You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that in order to process the refund, you will need to provide evidence of the issue, such as photographs of the defective item.

  • Returns and exchanges from America: Unfortunately, we do not process returns for items shipped from America.

Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or mishandling of the product.

Return Process

You have 14 days from the receipt date to request a return or exchanges of your ordered item. Returns or exchanges must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. Please note to be eligible for a return or exchanges, your item must be :

      1. Unused.
      2.  In the same condition that you received it.
       3. It must be in the original packaging.

Important Information:
       Only regular priced items may be refunded.Sale items cannot be refunded.
Please also note that the original shipping fee you paid for on your order is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not bear any responsibility for any customs-related expenses associated with the product.

Fine Cork also reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable return requests and returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.

How to make return or exchanges

   1. Please process your return or exchanges request via by submitting a ticket here. Please fill in your order number and the return reason to submit the return request. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your return or exchanges to be authorized. If you do not received an authorization email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder.

         2. Our teams Returns Team will authorize your return or exchanges, along with providing return instructions via email to you. Please package the items to be returned with their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

         3. You are responsible for the return shipping charges for change of mind return reason. We recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate the package. If you have a tracking number for the package, please let us know by responding to our teams Returns Team. In the case of defective or wrong items, our company will bear the return shipping charges. For us to reimburse you, you must return the goods via Regular or Registered Air mail. When you advise us of your return, you must also send us a photo of the invoice for your shipping cost for us to verify the cost.

        4. Returns or exchanges must be packed and shipped within 7 business days after our teams Returns Team authorizes the return. If you do not ship your return package within this time frame and provide us the tracking number, we will regard your return request as cancelled.

        5.After receiving the package and inspecting the condition of the item, our team will initiate the process of refund or replacement. All necessary information will be sent to you via the email provided during the order placement.

We recommend monitoring your messages and ensuring the availability of the provided email for communication with our team. If we have any questions or require additional information, we will contact you through the provided email.

        6. After the purchase amount will be refunded to your card within a certain period, depending on your bank or card issuer. But if you want we offer to provide you with a coupon code equivalent to the value of the defective item. This coupon code can be used for future purchases on our website.
